Signature Juice Cleanse
The Raw Juice Signature Cleanse features a variety of our most popular fruit and vegetable juices for a delicious and nutritious "reboot" that detoxifies and rejuvenates.
Before your cleanse:
Each juice is created to replace solid food and snacks, and you should avoid alcohol, energy drinks, caffeine and nicotine while on a raw juice cleanse.
In fact, you should start weaning yourself off these 1-2 days prior to starting your cleanse. We find that limiting these early on yields a greater cleansing effect than just stopping cold-turkey.
During your cleanse:
- Set a drinking schedule, take the time you spend awake and divide it into 7 parts
- Drink plenty of water- at least 6-8 cups per day
- If you get to the point where you have to eat something, choose one of the following options:
- A light salad without dressing
- Healthy fats such as avocado
- Nuts and/or berries
After your cleanse:
The first day after returning to solid foods after your cleanse, consume light salads, soups and nuts or berries. Try to stay away from dense, processed foods. Over the next two days, wean yourself back to your normal, healthy foods and continue your post cleanse supplementation with cold-pressed juices.
